Partner terms

These are the terms for a Littlewed partner membership. Littlewed is operated by Kheffache Studios Ltd, 7 Old Dunleary Road, Dun Laoghaire, Co. Dublin, Ireland (“we”, “us”). By taking out a membership you agree to them.

1. What a membership is

A Featured membership gives one venue one of three Featured places on its Littlewed county page; a Signature membership gives it the single Signature place above them. Both include priority placement on country, style and feature pages, a place in the homepage Featured row, a badge on the listing, forwarding of couples' enquiries to the email on the membership, and the partner newsletter. We decide how placement is displayed and may change the design of the site.

2. Places are limited

Each county page has one Signature place and three Featured places. Places are allocated in the order payment is completed. If the place you chose is taken before your payment completes, we will cancel the subscription and refund you in full.

3. Billing and cancellation

Memberships are billed monthly in advance by card through Stripe, at the price shown at checkout, which is the amount charged. You can cancel at any time from the link in your welcome email or at littlewed.com/partners/manage. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period and your place is released then. We do not refund partial months. If a payment fails we will retry it; if it keeps failing your place is released.

4. Founders rate

The founders rate is a 50% discount available to the first 30 partner venues across both tiers. It stays in place for as long as that membership remains active without interruption. If a founder membership is cancelled, rejoining is at the standard price.

5. Enquiries

Enquiries are messages from couples sent through Littlewed. We forward them as we receive them and cannot guarantee their number, quality or that they lead to bookings. Couples' details are shared with you only so you can reply to them; use them for that purpose and in line with data protection law.

6. Your listing

You confirm you are authorised to represent the venue. Listings must be accurate and the venue must genuinely welcome weddings of 50 guests or fewer. We may edit listings for accuracy and consistency, and may remove a listing or end a membership (with a pro-rata refund) if it breaches these terms.

7. Liability

Littlewed is a directory. We are not party to any agreement between you and a couple. To the extent permitted by law, our liability to you is limited to the membership fees you have paid in the previous three months.

8. Changes and contact

We may update these terms; material changes will be emailed to the membership address at least 14 days before they take effect. Questions to hello@littlewed.com. Irish law applies. See also our privacy policy.
