The Littlewed Supplier Circle

A small, community-led group of photographers, videographers, celebrants, florists, planners, caterers and bands who love small weddings. Couples who enquire with a venue on Littlewed can ask to be put in touch with suppliers like you, and we pass them on.

It's free.

No membership fee, no commission, no card details. This is a community thing: suppliers who care about small weddings looking out for each other and for the couples. What we ask in return is a bit of goodwill, set out below, and that's all.

What to expect

Every couple on Littlewed is planning a wedding of 50 guests or fewer, usually around 30. After they enquire with a venue, we ask whether they'd like help with anything else. More than half say yes.

As a group, expect around 15 to 20 introductions a week to begin with, shared across every category and region. Realistically that will grow over the next few months as more couples find the site. It won't be the same for everyone: a photographer in a busy area will hear more often than a cake maker in a quiet one.

Each introduction comes to you by email with the couple's name, email, wedding date, guest count and venue. They've asked to be put in touch, so you contact them directly and take it from there. What happens next is between you and them.

What we ask in return

Two things. Both help couples find small-wedding venues and suppliers, which in turn sends more couples your way.

Before you apply: add a link to Littlewed to a small wedding post on your website

You don't need to write a new blog post.

A post you've already published about a small wedding is perfect. Just add one sentence with a link to Littlewed and save it. That's the whole job, and it takes about five minutes.

What we're asking for is a “backlink”: a normal clickable link from your website to ours, in a blog post about a real small wedding (50 guests or fewer). It helps Google trust Littlewed, which brings in more couples for all of us.

  • Easiest: use a post you already have. Pick an existing post about a small wedding you've worked on and add the link in a sentence.
  • Or write a new one, if you don't have a suitable post yet or would simply like to.

Either way:

  • The post should be at least 300 words, plus your pictures. Most wedding write-ups already are. It needs to be a proper post: who the couple were, what the day was like, what the venue was like for a small group. A gallery with one line under it won't count, because Google ignores links from thin pages.
  • Put the link in the body of the post, in a sentence, not in the footer or sidebar.
  • Link to the most relevant page. If the venue is on Littlewed, link to its page. If not, link to your county, for example littlewed.com/venues/ireland/wicklow.
  • Keep the wording natural, for example: “If you're planning something similar, Littlewed lists small wedding venues across Ireland and the UK.” A plain text link is perfect. No badge or logo needed.

Please do this before you apply. The form asks for the address of the post, so the link to Littlewed needs to be live first. It only needs doing once.

After you join: within two weeks, share a real small wedding with us

Within two weeks of joining, send us one real wedding of 50 guests or fewer for the Littlewed blog. It's absolutely fine if it's the same wedding you blogged in step 1. You don't need to write anything polished. We'll write it up and send it to you to check before it goes live. We'll need:

  • Some pictures or video. Photographers, 15 to 30 images is ideal. Videographers, a short film or a link to one is perfect. Everyone else, even a few images from the day make a big difference (phone shots are fine, or the photographer's pictures with their OK). Always with the couple's permission to publish.
  • At least five venue tips. Enough for us to write a few words about the venue, in your own words. For example: the best spot for the ceremony, the light, the rain plan, how the rooms feel for a small group, where the band or the bar fits, parking and access, how the staff are to work with.
  • Permission for Littlewed to use them on the blog post and on that venue's listing. You're always credited and linked.

Know someone who should be here? Invite them.

The circle grows by word of mouth. Couples ask for florists, celebrants, planners, caterers and bands as well as photographers, and right now some of those couples go without an answer. If you know someone who's great at small weddings, send them this page. That counts as their invitation.

Or just copy the link: littlewed.com/supplier-circle

The honest small print

  • Who's behind it. I'm Kevin Kheffache, and I own Littlewed. It's a largely AI-driven project: I set the direction and the standards, and much of the research, writing and admin is done with AI tools. The plan is for Littlewed to earn its money from venues, not from suppliers or couples.
  • Photography near Dublin. I'm a wedding photographer myself, so photography enquiries within about an hour of Dublin go to my own studio, Kheffache Studios. Photographers get introductions everywhere else.
  • A pilot, reviewed in January 2027. It's early days. In January I'll look at how it's going with everyone involved and we'll decide together what happens next.
  • No exclusivity and no guarantees. We'll keep numbers small in each area, but there are no territories and no promised number of introductions.
  • Looking after couples. Couples' details are shared with you only because they asked to be put in touch. Use them for that couple's wedding and nothing else, and never add them to a mailing list.
