The Harty Estate
Sheerness, Kent, England

About
Tucked away on the wild edge of the Isle of Sheppey, The Harty Estate pairs a converted hop barn with 500 acres of Kent marshland and a 16th-century waterside pub. Its intimate wedding offer is built for smaller gatherings, up to 30 guests choosing between the beamed Hop Barn or the Oak Gazebo overlooking the water, both available Monday to Wednesday outside bank holidays. The estate's chefs cook from its own kitchen garden and farm, so the food carries real weight alongside the setting. Couples and guests can stay over across 11 guest rooms and five self-catering cottages, with room for more than 75 to settle in for the night. Dogs are welcome throughout, and it suits couples who want a proper countryside wedding without the crowd.
