Bennetts Willow Barn is a brand new farm café and rustic events venue on a working dairy farm on the edge of Worcester. Set within woodland with decking overlooking a picturesque pond, it specializes in fun and relaxed weddings and celebrations. The venue features a spectacular yurt marquee and barn-style events room, alongside a family-friendly café serving locally sourced food and Bennetts' own beef and dairy products. The setting combines rural charm with modern facilities, making it ideal for intimate gatherings and special occasions.

Bennetts Willow Barn runs its weddings as a relaxed, festival-style day on a working dairy farm, and there are three ways to book it. The full day gives you the barn, the yurt marquee and the garden from nine in the morning until close, with access the afternoon before to set up. The twilight option is an evening-only party, and there is a ceremony-only booking from Monday to Thursday that suits a small group well: you get the licensed barn to yourselves from 9am to 3pm, with seating, a signing table, a gift table and a co-ordinator on hand.

The barn is licensed for indoor ceremonies and the walled garden for outdoor ones, with the barn or yurt standing by if it rains. Registrar fees are paid separately. Food can come from the farm's own menus, which lean on hog roasts, stonebaked pizzas, afternoon tea and ploughman's tables built around their own beef, pork and dairy, or you can bring in an approved caterer. Drinks come from the venue's bar, including a horsebox bar during the warmer months.

The barn is used all year, while the yurt marquee runs from April to October. In winter the setup shifts to the barn plus the café mezzanine for drinks. Dogs and children are both welcome, and seasonal glamping yurts on the farm let some guests stay over between mid-March and mid-October. The farm sits on the edge of Worcester, around 40 minutes from Birmingham airport and a short drive from the M5.

The honest caveat for small weddings is that the venue's food and drink spending guides start from a minimum of 60 guests, so a full-day celebration for thirty may not be the best value. The midweek ceremony-only booking is the natural fit, perhaps followed by a meal elsewhere. Party music finishes an hour before close and amplified sound is kept to the barn.
