Weston Hall stands on Mill Lane in Bulkington, between Coventry and Nuneaton near the Leicestershire border, with quick access to the M1, M6 and M69. It is an independent hotel with its own banqueting team, and weddings can use four function rooms, the Manor, Library, Dubarry and Middlemarch, as well as a marquee that opens out onto the landscaped gardens.

You can marry indoors in one of the function rooms or outside in the gardens, which hold a licence for outdoor ceremonies, so a summer wedding can happen on the lawn with a room ready as a fallback. Arrival drinks and canapés can be served on the lawns too. The website does not publish capacities for individual rooms, so ask which suite will feel right for your numbers rather than assuming the largest.

Catering is all in house through Bronze, Silver and Gold packages, each covering the wedding breakfast, a drinks package and an evening finger buffet, with vegetarian and vegan dishes marked on the menus and vegan desserts on request. Friends joining just for the evening can be added on a per-guest buffet basis, and one of the hotel's managers acts as master of ceremonies.

If you want the whole place, the exclusive-use package hands you the whole hotel and its grounds for a full day, from 11am to 11am the next morning, with all 38 bedrooms and breakfast the next morning for your guests. Under that package the ceremony can be in the Dubarry or Middlemarch Suite or out in the gardens. The hotel is dog friendly and happy for dogs to be part of the day. The caveat for small weddings is numbers: minimums apply to exclusive use of a function suite, the twilight package starts at 60 guests and the exclusive-use package is modelled on 60, so a group well under 50 should confirm the minimum before getting attached.
